3. Server log files

When this website is accessed, your browser automatically transmits information to the server, which is temporarily stored in so-called log files. The following is recorded:

• the anonymised or shortened IP address of the requesting device,
• date and time of access,
• name and URL of the file retrieved,
• the volume of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval,
• browser type and version, operating system and, where applicable, the referrer URL.

This processing serves to ensure trouble-free operation and the security of the system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for these purposes, at the latest after 14 days.
